• Dry Rentals MUST Remain Dry: Introducing water hoses, pools, or water balloons to a unit rented "dry" is strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorized Water Fee: If water is introduced to a dry item, an immediate $100 wet-unit drying and sanitation fee will be assessed upon pickup.

• General Contamination: To avoid an additional $100 detailing fee, please ensure food, drinks, gum, candy, slime, glitter, and face paint are kept completely out of the unit.

• Severe Weather Protocol: In the event of heavy torrential downpours, lightning, or local winds exceeding 15 mph, renters must immediately evacuate the unit and turn off the blower motor for safety.
