Booking and Financial Policies

Securing your date with TNT Party Rentals is simple, but we ask that you carefully review our reservation and cancellation timelines:

• Securing Your Reservation: A 25% deposit of your total rental invoice is required to officially lock in your reservation date.

• 48-Hour Grace Period: Your deposit is fully refundable if—and only if—you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your initial booking timestamp. After this 48-hour window, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• Standard Cancellations (Rainchecks): If you cancel after the 48-hour window but by 9:00 PM the day before your event, you will receive a digital raincheck credit valid for any rental within the next 18 months.

• Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled event forfeit the deposit entirely with no exceptions.
