Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing TNT Party Rentals! To ensure a seamless, fun, and safe environment for your event, please thoroughly review our company policies. By finalizing your reservation, you agree to adhere to all terms, safety standards, and operational guidelines outlined below. ### 1. Setup Site Requirements Surface Rules: We happily set up on grass (secured with stakes) or concrete/asphalt (secured with heavy sandbags). We must know your surface type prior to delivery. We will not set up on dirt, gravel, rocks, or mud. Site Preparation: The setup area must be flat, level, and completely cleared of pet waste, rocks, sticks, and toys before our arrival. The overhead space must be entirely clear of tree limbs, power lines, or overhangs. Power Source: A dedicated 110V household outlet must be located within 50 feet of the setup area. ### 2. Delivery, Timelines & Extended Rentals Delivery Window: We plan our routes efficiently to ensure your equipment is ready before your event starts. Deliveries typically occur between 7:30 AM and 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Pickup Window: Pickups begin at your designated end time. Due to routing schedules on busy days, actual pickup may occur several hours after your event ends at no additional charge to you. Late Pickup & Overnight Options: If your event runs late into the evening (past 7:00 PM) or you require an overnight rental, arrangements must be booked in advance. Extended windows or overnight rentals incur a convenience fee starting at $35 for dry units, subject to route availability. ### 3. Strict Booking & Cancellation Policy 25% Deposit Requirement: To lock in your date and guarantee equipment availability, a 25% deposit of the total rental invoice is required at checkout. 48-Hour Refund Window: This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your initial booking. After 48 hours, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable. Standard Cancellations & Rainchecks: If you cancel your reservation after the 48-hour window has closed, your deposit will not be refunded. However, if you notify us by 9:00 PM the day before your event, your deposit will be converted into a digital raincheck credit, valid for any rental within 12 months of your original date (subject to equipment availability). Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the event forfeit the deposit entirely. ### 4. Weather & Environmental Closures High Winds & Storms: For the safety of your guests
